We specialise in searching the Property Market, locating and negotiating the purchase of property on behalf of you the buyer. We work exclusively for you the buyer not the seller.
Trevor and his wife Vicki (Dean International at University of S.A.) practice what they preach. Over the past seven years they have personally purchased fifteen investment properties. This is not a lot in comparison to others who stand up and gloat they have accumulated a hundred properties in only four years with "no money down". Trevor says I would like to think that I am, like most of my clients conservative, i.e. take it slow, research and select each property thoroughly and most importantly, through these measures minimise any risk. This conservative approach has proven to be very fruitful - recent valuations have confirmed their property portfolio has increased in value in excess of $2.4 million in only seven years.
Although our head office is located in Adelaide, we currently do not advocate investing in Adelaide. Only because we believe that there are better investment opportunities in Queensland.
When investing in residential property our philosophy is very simple:-
· you must aim to achieve Capital Growth
OR
· you must aim to achieve a higher than normal Rental Return (minimum 5% gross rent) i.e. $250,000 purchase price = $240 per week rent.
